The Top Phone PIN Code Application is a system that allows you to request and print PIN codes from a central database.


These PIN codes can be sold to customers to allow them to add call value to their prepaid mobile phones.


The system is not only suited as an end point for retail sales. It also features an easy setup for resellers, to enable customers to sell PIN codes to their own clients, and even to have their own resellers, who can have their own resellers, and so on.



If you are the first user of the system, you will need an administrator account which will be provided by Top Phone. Then, you will need to create at least one customer (your own company, which will also be the ‘master’ reseller), create card brands and cards and upload PIN codes for these cards. Once these steps – as explained in this user manual – are complete, you will be able to start requesting PIN codes.



If you are an end user, the only thing you need is a username and a password. When logged in, you will be able to request PIN codes and, according to the user rights you were assigned by your reseller, perform other tasks like consulting reports.
